Two "trendy" words, frequently used in LinkedIn posts and various articles. Two topical terms, laden with meaning and commitment for businesses. But must they necessarily be treated independently of each other, or are there connections between these two concepts?
At ADN Prévention , we are convinced that Serious Games dedicated to safety fit fully into any CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, beyond Prevention/Health/Safety strategies.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as defined on the Ministry of the Economy's website, is "the voluntary integration by companies of social and environmental concerns into their business operations and their relationships with stakeholders." Among these social concerns are, of course, the preservation of the physical and mental well-being of employees, temporary workers, and contractors.
Therefore, implementing playful solutions to promote risk identification, ownership of your prevention measures, and sharing of feedback fully contributes to your QSE strategies but, more broadly, also to your CSR commitments!
Integrating these solutions into a CSR strategy can also allow companies to take advantage of the current momentum on this topic to initiate new action plans, a new impetus supported by the entire management team.
Convinced of the strong impact of these solutions in reducing the number of serious accidents, at ADN Prévention, our CSR commitment has therefore consisted of developing an online Serious Game platform to make them:
Affordable : pricing accessible to all sizes of organizations, from SMEs to large corporations
Universal : without language or reading barriers, suitable regardless of your regulations or internal rules
Practical : concrete case studies from accidents, an activity adaptable to all contexts that allows for discussion and team cohesion.
"Security also needs to be a fun topic to be taken seriously!"
